the type of comments we receive from you...(thank you folks)

Thanks
for the disks, I enjoy them immensely. I was considering
selling my KN7000 but my interest has been re-kindled with
your superb style disks with the result that I now spend
more time at the keyboard than I have for a very long time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these disks to
others. I intend to get the all the disks for my KN7000 and
have just placed my third order. Gareth Lewis -
founder/editor of TECHPLUS Club magazine (Technote)

Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQs)
|
|
If I order the disks to be sent by email, how are they
delivered? They are sent as "Winzip" attachments, which require the
free Winzip program to open them.
|
|
|
Where do I get Winzip from and how do
I use it? You can download it free of charge from www.winzip.com
- we can supply simple instructions on how to use it with
any disk you purchase.
|
|
|
I don't know how to load disks into my instrument. Do you
provide instructions? Yes, we usually do. If you don't receive instructions with
your disk, please email or telephone us and we will send
the details.
|
|
|
How will I get to know about your new releases? You
can subscribe to our free Update list. Simply send a blank
email with the subject "Add to email list" and
we will do so. If you place an order with us at any time,
you are automatically added to the list.
|
|
|
My disk is faulty, what do I do? Although
this is rare, return the disk to us and we will replace
it. Just send the floppy disk, not the case. This will cut
down on postage both ways.
|
|
|
When I tried to order a disk from you,
I got as far as filling in the online order form, but when
I tried to submit it, an error message came up saying that
I hadn't filled in the BILLZIP part correctly. What's
wrong? You
must select a State from the drop-down menu - or if you
don't live in the USA, scroll to the bottom of the menu
and select "Not In The USA". Then, make sure you
type in your zip code/post code in the box to the right of
the menu.
|
|
|
Do you accept house-callers? I'm
sorry, but we have neither the facilities nor the
insurance in place to do so. We work from offices within
our home, so we have no display area or demonstration
rooms. However, if you are considering a substantial
purchase, a meeting could be arranged to demonstrate our
goods - please contact me for more details.
|
|
|
I have changed my instrument, but have many of your older disks
which I need to upgrade to the new model. Can we work out
a deal? Yes
of course. Providing we have proof of your original
purchase, we can exchange a disk (as long as its the same
title) for approximately half price. You also get to keep
your original to "sell on" to someone else to
get a little money back that way. For example, if you had
'TOP TRAX 3' for the PSR8000 and want the SAME disk for
the PSR2100, you'd get it for £10 rather than the retail
price of £20. You will have to stress this in the
"Comments" box in the online order form when
placing your order.
|
|
|
I don't quite follow the online ordering process. Can you walk
me through the process of ordering a disk? OK
, here we go in detail:
|
|
Let's
just say we wanted to order the "Instrumental
Gold" Volume 1 to
be sent by email. Click here: http://www.stylediskwarehouse.com/psrinst.htm
Scroll
down to the first gray box titled "Deliver By
Email". Click on that.
"Your Shopping Cart" should then open stating
that the "Instrumental Gold 1"
disk is waiting to be ordered.
At the top right hand side of the screen you'll see a blue
tick with the
words "Order Checkout" beside it. Click on that.
(if
you want to go back to the website to browse some more,
please click n the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" words at
the top instead of your usual "BACK" button, as
this sometimes merely ADDS further quantities to your
selection)
A form will then appear for you to fill in. Here's where
people usually go
wrong. Under the "Bill To..." section, fill out
all the boxes, especially
the ones in bold type (Name, Address 1, etc)
Where it asks for "City, State, Zip/PostCode" -
your City or State go in the
FIRST box, then where it says "Please Select..."
click on the down arrow
until the drop-down box appears. IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN THE
USA, scroll right
down to the bottom of that list and you'll see the option
"Not In The USA".
Highlight that. Then in the next box (to the right of that
drop-down menu),
type in your POST CODE or ZIP CODE.
You can put ANYTHING in the "Phone" box, it
doesn't have to be a valid
number if you don't want to leave it (we rarely use phone
numbers anyway
unless there's a problem with your credit card details).
For example, you
could just put "123". That would suffice.
If you want the disks sending to the same address as the
one you've already
filled in, just click on the "Same As Billing"
box in the "Ship To..." area.
Move to the bottom of the screen and fill in your card
details including
what type of card it is (Visa or Mastercard)
When you've done all that, click on "Ready To
Order" and a confirmation page
should appear. If everything is OK click, print this page
out and click on
"Submit Secured Order". You will then get a
receipt appear on screen for you
to print out giving you an order number. That's it! (If
you've followed this
example through to the end and don't wish to place the
order in the example,
simply email us telling us to disregard this order.)
Please retain this email to use as future reference.
